Courtney is involved in all areas of the Customer Journey and is focussed on making the experieinces of our clients as smooth as possible.  This requires an understanding of all aspects of the various systems and processes that are in place not only at CCS, but also at the Valuation Office Agency.

In her spare time, Courtney enjoys relaxing with her dogs and a good book.  She also enjoys time away with her family when the opportunity arises and is partial to a bottomless brunch.
